Returns and refunds
30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return your jig within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. It must be unused and in its original condition.
How to return
Email support@cablematepro.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll give you the return address. Return postage is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the jig, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your jig arrives damaged or has a fault, email us a photo at support@cablematepro.com. We'll send a replacement free of charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the damaged jig back.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and any consumer rights that apply in your country.
